Fourth Annual Hog Roast & Anniversary Party at BIGA
It's BIGA's Fourth Anniversary and what a great year to celebrate! Every year we get better acquainted with our local farmers and those in the community that also support sustainable food practices. So we not only want to celebrate with our guests that love our food in our process, but also celebrate those that make it all happen from the ground up.
Our guest speakers will include Trish Watlington from Farm to Fork, Tommy The Fishmonger and Petra Belliti The Italian Wine Ambassador to San Diego.
Our guest chefs are Chris Osborne formerly from BIGA and Mr. A's, Drew Bent from Lola 55, Marcus Twilegar formerly from Bivouac Ciderworks and Anthony Pascale from Saiko Sushi. We are honored to have such an amazing lineup of chefs that are so important to the San Diego food scene. Also, as a bonus this year, we have some chefs from the amazing charity Chef Celebration that will be helping us prepare our dishes!
Our extra special libations will include wine provided by Petra always amazing and our featured brewery this year is the wildly popular Mikkeler San Diego. And don't forget! This event is also the launch for Farm to Fork's Local Libations Week in San Diego so be sure to keep the party going!
Each attendee receives one beverage ticket and access to all the food choices!
