Our food system is broken. Learn how greenhouse gas from monoculture farming is contributing to climate change. Join Kelsey Brennan for a discussion about how changing our agricultural practices can lessen the damaging effects. The talk will span soil microbiology, agricultural policy, climate change, grass-fed animal agriculture and a bit of history.
Kelsey Brennan has a BS in Sustainable Agriculture and Global Development from UConn and an MS in Crop and Soil Environmental Science from Virginia Tech.
