Zero Waste Roundtable
Come join a roundtable discussion with RTM Representative Andrew Colabella and Westport teachers Stacy Fowle and Ashley Moran, along with Westport students, to find ways to reduce waste in our town and in your home. Moderated by our special guest, Will Haskell, CT State Senator. Ms. Fowle and Ms. Moran have led the composting movement in the Westport Public lower schools with the inspiration of their students. Andrew Colabella was the RTM lead petitioner to ban single use plastic in Westport restaurants with the assistance of students who spoke at the hearing. Come listen to the kids and teachers who inspired the movement and find out how we can join in.
