PNW Canola Association Workshop
The Pacific Northwest Canola Association is hosting an inaugural canola workshop Dec. 2 at the Heritage Inn in Great Falls ahead of the MGGA Convention. We've got a great lineup of speakers and vendors from MT, WA, ND, KY, and Canada to provide a quality day of learning and networking about all things canola in Montana. Hear from MT canola growers about their experiences with canola production, and industry experts about stand establishment, fertility management, canola insurance options, marketing, harvest strategies, and more.
Registration includes morning refreshments and lunch. Networking will continue following the workshop with a beer 'n' bull session sponsored by MillerCoors.
If you are staying for the MGGA Convention, we encourage you to attend a listening session Dec. 3 at 10 a.m. with the MT Dept of Ag about the creation of an advisory committee for an oilseed commission in MT. Your input matters!
