Durham Jazz Workshop New Years Eve Party the Kobie Watkins Quartet
The Durham Jazz Workshop will hold its 7th annual New Years Eve Party. Proceeds to support DJW/Sharp Nine programs.
Live Jazz with the Kobie Watkins Quartet, from 9pm-12:30am.
Included with the ticket are Desserts from Guglhupf's and other area bakeries, wine and a midnight Champagne toast and of course plenty of party favors to ring in the New Year with.
The evening is about having a great time with friends, swinging in the New Year and helping to support the Durham Jazz Workshop mission.

Mr. Watkins holds a long list of great musicians he has played and recorded with- jazz legends Sonny Rollins, Branford Marsalis, Joe Lovano, Curtis Fuller, Bob Mintzer, Jim Hall, John Patitucci, Arturo Sandoval, George Coleman, Ira Sullivan, Sonny Fortune, Roy Haynes, Roy Hargrove, Kurt Elling, Fred Anderson, Chrstian McBride, Bobby Broom.
