Cooking Across Cultures with Kiosko Latino
In this exciting collaboration between the Massachusetts Avenue Project and the West Side Bazaar, attendees will learn to make authentic Puerto Rican dishes with Maria Rodriguez of Kiosko Latino. Attendees will be able to participate in making a variety of Puerto Rican dishes such as pastelillos and arroz con gandules. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options will be available. Pre-made tostones and Puerto Rican music will be provided by the instructor.
