History of the World Through Cocktails Part 2 w/ Evan Baldwin
This will be a two-part class that will give the history and proper technique behind classic cocktails from there inception. Each part will include five cocktails and exhibit each one's significance to their perspective time period. Students will be instructed through proper technique and be given recipes and historic descriptions of each cocktail to take with them once they have completed the course.
Classes can be purchased separately.
