Healthcare Committee Project Presentations

Lean planning and design principles were utilized to produce consensus-driven outcomes for two healthcare projects serving Chicagos south side community: a medical office building and level 1 adult emergency department. This course will explore how stakeholder input can be maximized while establishing effective operational strategies. Attendees will learn how to derive quantifiable outcomes by applying lean principles in order to address the challenges associated with multidisciplinary project environments for an often-underserved patient population.
