Canoe's Fall Harvest Dinner with Urban Tree Cidery
Canoe invites Atlantans to enjoy the crisp air and changing leaves with a hearty fall harvest dinner on November 21 from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. Guests will dine out in the garden in one of Canoes luxury white tents while they spend time with family and friends before the holiday rush begins. The buffet style dinner will feature a Georgia Ossabaw Hog artfully prepared by Chef Matthew Basford and traditional fall sides elevated with Canoes special touch. The whole hog will be paired with seasonal ciders from Atlantas Urban Tree Cidery.
The Georgia Ossabaw Hog will come from Hamthropolgy, a farm featuring registered Ossabaw Island Pork from a natural, free-range, non-GMO herd. The trademarked Registered Ossabaw Island Pork is only available to fine restaurants and charcuteries, mainly in the Atlanta area. Canoe has an outstanding relationship with Hamthropolgy and is dedicated to the continuation of the Ossabaw Hog.
