MCA Chef/instructors lead a culinary excursion featuring the distinctive flavors of the Northwest, incorporating cedar plank salmon, wild mushrooms and other native ingredients into this fabulous menu.

Caramelized Onion Tart
Roasted Cedar Plank Salmon with Cucumber Ginger Vinaigrette over a bed of Hydroponic Arugula
Pan Seared Lamb Chops with Pinot Noir Cherry Sauce
Wild Mushroom Fricassee with Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
Mixed Oregon Berries in a Pastry Sac with Whipped Farm Fresh Cream
