Smoked Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go
This Thanksgiving let us take care of the hard work, Chefs Eric and Sophie Banh are pleased to present take-home turkey dinners. Only available at Central Smoke Bar & Smokery.
The turkeys are raised in the Northwest and are all natural, smoked low and slow with Texas post oak and mesquite. These birds are juicy, savory and absolutely delicious. We have three different size dinner packages, so if you're having a small family meal or a large party weve got you covered. Turkeys will be prepared to just UNDER done so they will need to be reheated to 165 degrees in your oven, this ensures that you'll have the most full flavor, juicy and tender turkey possible.
$190 - Classic Dinner (8-10 people): One 12 - 14lb turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green bean casserole
$240 - Deluxe Dinner (8-12 people): One 12 - 14lb turkey, two pounds sliced glazed ham and a large side of mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green bean casserole
$290 - Premium Dinner (10-14 people): One 12 - 14lb turkey, two pounds sliced glazed ham, one full rack of Salmon Creek Farms smoked pork spareribs and an extra large side of mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green bean casserole
Order your turkey online until Sunday, November 24, pre orders required. All meals include tax and will need to be picked up at Central Smoke on Thursday, November 28 from 11 AM - 2 PM.
