Open Air Ferments with Laura Schue
Laura Schue, passionate fermenter, returns for another round of The Art (and Science) of Fermentation. Laura is a small business owner, gardener, parent, and lover of creating the best food of our times using old techniques and scientific understanding. Laura has degrees in biology and chemistry, and a family history of grow your own/store your own. We'll make and take home at least three different types of ferments including yogurt, kombucha, and beet ginger kraut, with a bonus of fermented salsa at the close. We will taste test, look at some equipment, and share notes and pro tips.
