The beginning of the new year is thought of as a time to acquire new, often short lived, habits and hobbies. Ones that seek to improve us in some way, again highlighting the societal attitude that what we are is not enough. What if, instead, we used the energetic shift of the new year to focus on what we already have and, with gratitude and positivity, openly invite abundance into our lives.
Journeying on from our sell out U R ENOUGH workshops, MANIFEST will grow on the abundance of gratitude we feel for what we already have in our lives. When we feel grateful and positive, more positive things start to seek us out.
We will begin with a Forrest Inspired practice, themed to cultivate a sense of our own worthiness. After the break, Hannah will offer a guided meditation that will include journaling exercises. The workshop will end with a luscious Yoga Nidra. Creating space, allowing the body and mind to relax fully and soak up all the wonders of the morning. .
