Traditional Thai cooking is emphasized in this class where you will learn everything you need to prepare Thai food both in a traditional way, while also will learning how traditional Thai can be easily and deliciously cooked using Instant Pot. This class teaches Thai dishes that can be done in 20 minutes or less! No Instant Pot yet? Pranee will also explain how to cook these recipes in a more typical way.
Menu: Tom Yum Goong (Sweet & Sour Prawn Soup with Lemongrass & Lime Leaf), Phad King Neua (Ginger Beef and Green Onion, Gaeng Dang Gai (Chicken Red Curry with Fuzzy Melon), Moo Phad Bai Kraprow (Stir-fried Basil Pork), Goong Phad Nam Ma Kam (Tiger Prawns in Sweet and Sour Tamarind Sauce with Fried Shallot & Cilantro) and for dessert, Kao Neow Dam (Black Rice Pudding with Coconut Cream). You also will learn how to cook Thai Jasmine Rice and Thai Purple Rice as well.
