Bachxing Day 2019
Any Bach, any instrumentation, any interpretation! Classical Revolution PDX will be putting together a fun program featuring soloists and small ensembles who wish to perform their favorite Bach-related pieces. Like years past, we will organize one large ensemble piece and invite you to play in the group. (Brandenburg 5)
This is a community-driven, volunteer concert meant to be fun and relaxed. We want everyone to have a great time whether you come to play, sing, or just to listen.
If you want to participate please send the following information to info@classicalrevolutionpdx.org by Sunday, December 1, 2019:
1. Name, instrument/voice, and piece. Acts should be 5-15 minutes. Artichoke has a baby grand piano and a PA system. Please list any collaborators, or tell us if you would like help finding additional musicians. We will also have a thread on our Google Group to help performers find each other.
2. Indicate if you plan to participate in the large ensemble as well.
3. Attend our optional rehearsal for the large ensemble, TBA
4. A video and/or statement of performance experience.
