Holdfast Dinner #3

For this next Holdfast event, Chef Will Preisch is offering a 9 course meal ranging in size from small bites to more substantial plates with 4 paired wines.

These dinners will be held at KitchenCru on 337 NW Broadway in PDX. We will be serving 10 guests each night on both Saturday and Sunday, August 17th and 18th.
