Instructor Amaniyea Payne, Artistic Director of Muntu Dance Theatre incorporates the styles of traditional African Dance, Caribbean Dance and African American Culture into her high energy classes. African Expressions provides an experience in natural rhythmic movements and self- expression. It awakens the senses through muscle toning, breathing exercises and dance movement, all to the accompaniment of live African drumming.
Fee: $110 per session (includes all 8 classes)
