Mountain Roots Fall Feast

Come one, come all to the SECOND ANNUAL Mountain Roots Fall Feast. Join us for a FUN and ENGAGING evening that will not disappoint. We will have activities for kids and adults. This event is for the entire community--not just those involved with Mountain Roots programming. Please join us as we celebrate the work of Mountain Roots and all that's in store for 2020!

Mountain Roots provides Outdoor Education programs in collaboration with schools and teachers across Transylvania County and beyond. As we continue to grow these programs with more offerings for the local elementary schools, we are able to engage students in experiential learning on their school grounds as they learn more about science through the natural world out the back door. The proceeds of this event will continue to allow us to provide and expand these programs.

Beyond our school year Outdoor Education programs, Mountain Roots is able to engage youth from our community all year long through our summer day camps and community retreats.

Join us for a fun night with lots of activities (something for everyone) and great food!
