Halotherapy
Pete Grant, BS, RN, co-owner of Salted Desert, is a registered nurse with over 12 years of critical care nursing experience. His career has encompassed many specialty areas including: nursing administration, rapid response team, legal consulting, and clinical education. He frequently educates his patients on healthy living and disease prevention using drug-free, non-invasive methods.
After being introduced to the idea of halotherapy by his wife, Jen, Pete started researching the long history of using dry salt inhalation to alleviate many respiratory and skin conditions. It wasnt until after experiencing his first session that he became a passionate advocate for this drug-free, anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory therapy. Salted Desert opened in July 2019 in Peoria, Arizona.
