Noe Del Cid and Ewelina Gasior of Peace Nation Cafe will share some of their favorite Guatemalan recipes as part of O+'s free EXPLO+RE series of yearround wellness classes.
The chefs will teach the class to make chuchitos (mini tamales steamed in corn husk) and aqua fresca de tamarindo. The event includes tastings! "From our family to yours" --Noe and Ewelina
