Cold Water Immersion Healing
Adrienne has been practicing Cold Water Immersion for healing since October, 2017. Six years ago she was diagnosed with several Autoimmune diseases and that is when she began her quest towards greater health. Since developing a regular practice of Cold Water Immersion, she has reversed all trace of Autoimmune, and is now coaching others to do the same through the cold.
