Odd Fellow's Halloween Ball
This year's Odd Fellow's Halloween ball will be 10/26 and will be an event not to miss!
This year it will be a costume ball theme will be "Freaks & Frights", so come up with your freakiest or most frightful costumes!
Opening band starts at 8PM and two DJs take over around 9:30 with several performances in the main lodge room throughout the evening. In the parlor room will be schedule scary story reading, fortune tellers, tarot readers, and more.
Upstairs will be a schedule haunt\scare event being staffed by multiple performers with a path that will route though the main dining room, split into three rooms, through the kitchen, and down the back stars (if you survive this long)! This is where the true freaks will be! From scary clowns to zombies, beware!!!!
There will be a silent auction and a photo booth. Beer, wine, and small foods will be provided, but we ask that you donate to help off-set the cost.
This will be a fundraiser for the St Vrain Family Center and the Odd Fellows Philanthropy fund, which is used to donate to good causes throughout the years.
Tickets will be $20 on-sale for an early bird price of $20 for Aug & Sept, in Oct they will go up to $30, and $40 day of event. This is a PRIVATE event, only brothers, members of St. Vrain Family Center, and their friends will be able to get tickets. Tickets will be available from members of one of those two organizations both in person and on-line, password required, the 1st week of August.
All proceeds will go to non-profits with tips being split among the performers, who are all donating their time.
21+ (beer and wine will be provided, donations will be greatly appreciated!)
