Harvest Celebration Dinner - Release of the 2015 Sangiovese
The grapes have all been fermented and the wine has been put to barrel.
Crush 2019 is in the books!
Now its time to celebrate with the release of our 2015 Sangiovese!
Because Sangiovese is the signature wine of Tuscany, Chef Max Farina of Zafferano Catering will prepare a traditional 3-course Tuscan-style dinner for just for you.

First Course: Pappa al Pomodoro
Homemade tomato soup with traditional Tuscan bread
Second Course: Fettuccine al Cinghiale
Handmade fettuccine with Wild Boar Ragú
Third Course: Peposa Dell'Impruneta
Tuscan Black Pepper Beef braised in Gianni Buonomo Sangiovese

Includes a casual dinner and one glass of wine. Sangiovese bottles are only $25.00 all night for onsite consumption.
