SAKE 101
Join Good Wine at the Old Stone House at 7pm on October 21st for a special sake class taught by Maxwell Leer, a representative of New York Mutual Trading Company, importers of fine Japanese food and beverages since 1926. A certified Kikisake-shi (aka certified Sake professional) Maxwell has been working in food and beverage since graduating from Bard College in 2005. He will share is vast expertise while pouring six very different sakes (Sparkling, Spicy and More!) with surprising and delicious food pairings. Don't miss it!
