Are You Culturally Responsive to Your Mentee?
Mentors have a unique opportunity to help youth find meaning, a sense of self, helping their mentee find their personal narrative, and finding ways of giving back to their world. In this workshop we will introduce attendees to ways of helping your mentee;
1. Discover their voice,
2. Explore cultural responsiveness, and
3. Learn how critical consciousness is vital in
guiding youth forward for future orientation
