GF Gnocchi making with Borgo Basino
Learn how to make gluten-free gnocchi to wrap up Borgo Basino's West Coast "Barnraising Tour!" We'll go through making the pasta, then share more about our work as we eat together.
Borgo Basino is a folk school, ecovillage and organic farm in Italy. With over 30 years of experience in multifunctional farming and hospitality, we invite you to help launch our new community-based agricultural innovation incubator this fall!
Borgo Basino serves as an incubator for three main project areas:
"The Farm School" hosts grassroots research and education projects building networks of community health. "The Farm Village" welcomes new long-term collaborators to form an intentional community onsite in Fall 2019. "The Farm Table" offers cooking classes and slow food tours on our EU pilot organic farm and in the surrounding territory, one of Europe's leading artisanal food capitals.
Get a taste of our Farm Table in this hands on workshop. All ingredients will be provided.
