ISACA Central Oklahoma November Luncheon
Speaker Bio:
Tice Morgan is a 25 year security practitioner who has held various leadership and individual contributor roles primarily in the telecommunications sector, but recently branching into other verticals. Focusing on governance, risk and compliance program development and operations; he is currently employed by a large insurance organization within their Information Security and Risk Management team working to augment their information security program. Tice previously held a compliance security role at a local health care organization immersed in establishing and tuning an information security compliance program. Prior to relocating to Oklahoma, Tice hailed from Seattle Washington where he spent the majority of his early career in the employ of two large telecommunication organizations. A few key accomplishments during this tenure were the creation of a computer forensics program and development of a SOX compliance testing program for one organization. For the second organization, he was able to establish an technology risk management program and was a key architect in establishing a mobile security framework that focused on Android handset security through industry collaboration and participation in varied mobile security communities and forums.
