Join us for a locally sourced happy hour, and delve into how companies can raise capital by offering shares of stock directly to the public--including customers, employees, suppliers, friends and others--while avoiding the expense of investment banks and SEC compliance requirements. You'll hear from local experts on this panel.
This event is part of the Community Capital: Seattle series, which also explored cooperatives, local investment clubs, creative community loan models, crowdfunding, CSAs, and pre-sales, community banks, credit unions and CDFIs as ways to move money into our local economy.
