Boundaries & Anger

Do you struggle to hold safe boundaries? Do you find it hard to get angry, even in situations where you feel you should?
Or are you over-reacting and creating harsher boundaries than you need? Do you sometimes getting "too angry."
This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to work on their Boundaries and Anger, whether they feel they "can't get angry," or they find themselves "too angry."
This highly experiential one day process will support you to hold healthy boundaries for yourself. It will help you to develop a healthy relationship with anger. I will be working with Emotional Expression and Bioenergetics, to help remove psychosomatic blocks to the natural expression of emotions.
Please wear loose clothing and bring some water plus a light lunch with you. Come prepared for an emotionally intense experience.
