European Folk Network (EFN) Conference 2019
A two day conference for all working in the field of traditional/folk arts and culture in Europe - to plan the future work and priorities of the European Folk Network (EFN).
A full schedule and agenda for the conference will be available in advance via e-newsletter and the EFN website.
The venue is Scotland House, Rond Point Schuman 6, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.
Registration begins on Thursday 28 November at 11.30 and the conference programme begins at 14.00 until 17.00.
There will be tea and coffee available on this day but no lunch - please find your own lunch before the programme begins.
There will be a musical performance in the evening.
On Friday 29 November registration is from 8.30 to 9.30 and the conference programme begins at 9.30 - and ends at 15.00. There will be tea and coffee available and lunch provided on this day.
EFN will email you full details of the conference programme before the event.
Conference attendance is free for each individual member and for one representative of each organisation member. Members must have paid their EFN membership fee before the conference.
One representative of a member organisation can attend free. Member organisations are welcome to send a second or third representative to attend but they must pay an additional fee of €25 for each extra person.

Individuals and representatives of organisations who are not members of EFN should pay conference attendance fees - €40 for individuals and €120 for representatives of organisations. These payments can be counted as membership fees after the conference if the person or organisation wishes.
