Since 1991, Freehold has been a center for the practice of theatre. We are privileged to have exceptional faculty teaching at Freehold. All of our faculty are working professional actors, playwrights and directors whose credentials include recognized work on and off Broadway, in major motion pictures, on television, and in regional and international theatre venues.

Here is your chance to sample some of Freehold's amazing classes for FREE at our Fall Open House event. Freehold offers classes year round with many of our Fall Quarter classes beginning in mid-September.

Open House Event Schedule:

6:00 - 6:40 Introduction/meet faculty and socialize

Choose between one of these:
6:40 - 7:20 Intro to Acting with Andrew McGinn
6:40 - 7:20 Playwriting I with Rebecca Tourino

AND/OR one of these:
7:20 - 8:00 Solo Performance and Presentation with Marc Kenison
7:20 - 8:00 Improv with Gary Schwartz

PLEASE NOTE: 2 of the 4 class samples are held at the same time so you could attend EITHER Intro to Acting OR Playwriting (both from 6:40 to 7:20) and then EITHER Solo Performance OR Improv (both at 7:20 - 8:00 pm). Check out one of our classes or two!
