Young at Heart
They say youth is wasted on the young. The 60-voice EnChor Choir brings its heartwarming style to a varied program celebrating being young and remembering being young. This memory-infused concert combines classical works by Duruflé, Walker, Tosti, and Kelly with familiar songs such as Amazing Grace, Fire and Rain, and Will the Circle Be Unbroken. Two jazz arrangements by Ron Smail, including the title piece made famous by Frank Sinatra, have their first performances in this concert. EnChor is joined by the Vancouver Youth Choir and its Artistic Director, Carrie Tennant.
