Let's Talk About Sleep!
Every new parent has questions about how to help their baby sleep, and how to get back to good sleep for themselves after having a baby. At this event, sleep consultant Rebecca Michi will address the following issues around sleep and newborns -
- How you can expect your newborn to sleep.
- What is normal sleep.
- How you can encourage good sleep habits in your newborn.
Rebecca Michi is a British born and trained Children's Sleep Consultant based in Seattle. She has worked with babies for nearly 20 years. Rebecca is passionate about helping children and their parents build healthy habits so they can finally get some sleep. By transforming drama into dreamland, her mission is to help your childrenand youget a good night's sleep.

PEPS aims to provide our Parent Talk lectures at a minimal cost to parents. The fee for this lecture is $15 or pay-what-you-can. Please help PEPS continue to provide programming of this type by paying the $15 fee if you are able to do so. **Each registration entitles you to bring your spouse or partner.**
Babes-in-arms under 6 months are welcome at this lecture. We cannot accommodate children over 6 months.
