RossoRose Duo, Alisa Rose, violin and Amy Zanrosso, piano
Friday, Nov 15, at 7 PM the RossoRose Duo (Amy Zanrosso, piano and Alisa Rose, violin) perform Prokofiev's second Sonata for Violin, Stravinsky's Suite Italienne and Piano and Lera Auerbach's Preludes this Friday at 7 PM. There are a few seats remaining, do come if you can!
Both Alisa Rose and Amy Zanrosso are musical genre bending artists, violinist Alisa a member of both Real Vocal String Quartet and Supermule. Pianist Amy has performed with Sweatshop Tango Ensemble and Tangonero. Both however and fortunately are serious chamber music players, Amy coaching chamber music at SF Conservatory, Alisa having a resumé of distinguished chamber music collaborations.
405 Shrader (eponymous address) is San Francisco's intimate concert hall (44 seats) located in the Haight on the Panhandle. The 50 minute, Friday evening aperitif concerts include a glass of wine!
