2013-14 Franco Center Gala Fundraiser with The Broadway Dolls
The Broadway Dolls is a "Best of Manhattan" award-winning concert experience featuring a roster of the most dynamic women performing on Broadway today. A celebration of Broadway music, rock and roll, and 60's girl groups, the Broadway Dolls always deliver a unique and memorable pop culture experience. There are a limited number of tickets priced at $25 for the concert only, or for $35 you'll enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres before the show and dessert and champagne afterward.
The members of this first-rate company have performed or are currently performing in some of Broadway's biggest productions, such as Mamma Mia, Chicago, Wicked, Rent, Evita, Hairspray, Grease, A Chorus Line, Spamalot, and many more. On October 26th, they'll take a night off from their jobs on The Great White Way just to come to Lewiston to perform for you and help the Franco Center raise funds.
And to make the evening extra-special, the Franco Center will deck out our downstairs Heritage Hall in a Broadway theme and put out a big spread of food from some of Lewiston and Auburn's finest restaurants (DaVinci's, Gritty's, Margaritas, and many more) and pour glasses of wine for you, and then throw a dessert reception after the show all of it included in the $35 ticket price (pre-concert reception starts at 6 p.m.). Or you can skip the pre-concert and post-concert parties and just see the show for $25 beginning at 7:30 p.m.
