Help us take the first steps in a long process to allow the Carpenter Creek wetlands to recover from years of being ditched, drained, and overwhelmed by invasive reed canary grass. Volunteer work will include using a heavy tool like a shovel to grub out blackberry root balls and install native plants.
Please bring: -Weather appropriate clothing -Water proof boots or shoes -Snacks and water -Be ready to get dirty!
KCD will provide: -Shovels and other tools -Work gloves
