Petrus Sour Blending Class
Join us for a special Beer School featuring an interactive class exploring sour beers and the traditional process of blending them to achieve variation in flavor and acidity.
Beer Class also includes:
4 oz of different Sour beers from the Petrus Family
16 oz of Bavik
Additional beer for blending
Complimentary glassware
Beer + Cheese pairing
This class will be lead by Certified Cicerone, Jon Whitaker, and De Brabandere Brewery representative, Jacque Powers. Upon arrival, please check in at the bar and then head up to the third floor!
