Simply Summer Flowers for Your Table
We celebrate summer in Sonoma with a mini workshop and demonstration teaching a festive, quick and colorful centerpiece. Using vibrant dahlias, scented roses and local fruits and berries you will learn a basic floral technique to create something special. Each participant will be treated to a glass of HomeFarm rosewine and leave with their own lovely creation and a dash of glamour for their summer table. Come join us !
Instructor Dundee Butcher finds inspiration in both the weird and the wonderful! Having lived for the past years between Austin and London she has been influenced by the world's best creative offerings, from fashion to interiors, fine art to photography, ballet to opera, and inspired by the humblest of fruits and vegetables.
Her floristry training took place predominantly in Europe, where she worked for some of the top floral design houses in London. As well as teaching, Dundee was privileged to create arrangements for a vast variety of events and occasions, including private parties, intimate dinners, corporate functions, weddings and even a Palace!
Dundee has recently moved to Healdsburg and set up the Russian River Flower School. She is excited to share her love for flowers and the happiness they bring to our lives!
