DIY Arnica Salve
Arnica grows in shady areas of Alta. It makes a great topical anti inflammatory for sprains, strains, bruises, arthritis, etc. In this class, Merry Lycett Harrison of Millcreek Herbs will teach us how to make a salve you can take home with you to use.
