Wednesday August 14, 2013.......Eat Good Supper Club!!
Come and Join Us for our Supper Club at Eat Good in the Meadowwood Technology Building. On Wednesday, August 14, 2013 we will be serving dinner featuring some comfort foods with our little twist made exclusively with ingredients from the Inland Northwest. Our menu will change each week and will feature a 60's style cocktail to start as well as choice of beer, soda or wine.
Menu:
Relish Tray:
Pimento Cheese, House Pickles, Country Ham and Crackers
Salad:
Watermelon Salad with Tomato and Feta
Northern Style Corn Bread with Honey Butter
Entrée:
Crispy Waffle Fried Chicken with Whipped Idaho Potatoes, Gravy, Roasted Corn and Bacon Braised Greens
*Vegetarian Style Available Upon Request
Dessert:
Local Peach Crisp with Jack Daniels Ice Cream and Toasted Almonds
Cocktail:
Southern Lemonade
All Food Is Served Family Style and is Meant to Be Shared
