Dances Under the Crescent Moon
The end of the ANAR DANA San Francisco Project culminates in a show-length Recital featuring the Project members presenting the choreographies they have learned, as well as solos by Helene.
This evening of dance will include:
* North African Andalusian
* Palestinian Dabke
* Romanian Dansul Fetalor de la Crihalma
* Turkish spoon dances from Eskisehir
* Savsat bar ve sarmasi from the Turkish/Georgian border
* Rice harvest dance from Gilan, Iran
