Cooking Class: Mushrooms!
With such a diversity of textures and flavors, mushrooms could be any part of a dinner, starring in the main dish or as a side.
Our Table Chef, Mike Holbien, is ready to cook up these gems in some unique ways. Whether you are a seasoned mycophile or an amateur who prefers to purchase clearly labeled mushrooms out of a basket, you will leave this class with a repertoire of recipes for using the "meat of the vegetable world" in your cooking.
The menu will include: -Mushroom and smoked olive tapenade with roasted squash skins -Spaghetti squash and mushroom nest. -Seared scallop with mushroom, leek and vanilla crema -Mushroom Goulash
