LAPC Theatre will continue its 2019-2020 season with the American classic play, "Our Town," by Thornton Wilder. Performances run December 6-8, 2019 in the LAPC Performing Arts Mainstage Theatre on the LA Pierce College campus.
Described by playwright Edward Albee as the greatest American play ever written, the story follows the small town of Grovers Corners through three acts: Daily Life, Love and Marriage, and Death and Eternity. Narrated by a stage manager and performed with minimal props and sets, audiences follow the Webb and Gibbs families as their children fall in love, marry, and eventually in one of the most famous scenes in American theatre die. Anthony Cantrell directs.
Tickets are priced at $15 for students, $18 for seniors and $23 for general admission.
