Historic St. John's Church spirit walking tour returns Oct 26, 2019.
Walk among spirits in the graveyard, including Eliza Poe, mother of Edgar; George Wythe and his murderous nephew; Elizabeth Van Lew, and more!
At 7:30 PM Edgar Allan Poe will reads his stories "The Raven" and "The Bells" in the church as the lights flicker....
SCHEDULE:
-- 6:00 PM Graveyard Gates Open
-- Spirits walk the graveyard; hear their stories as you wander
-- 7:15 PM Church doors open for seating
-- 7:30 PM Edgar Allan Poe reads inside the church
-- 8:00 PM The reading ends as darkness descends on Church Hill
Ages 6 and under: FREE
