Brittany Williams at Boswell for Instant Loss
Announcing the first area appearance for Brittany Williams, bestselling author of The Instant Loss Cookbook, who removed processed foods and takeout from her diet, and replaced those foods with healthier meals she could make primarily in her Instant Pot.
Now her follow-up is here, Instant Loss, where she has eliminated gluten, most grains, and sugar from her recipes, all without sacrificing the flavors of the foods she loves. Her new collection has 125 delicious recipes using an Instant Pot and air fryer, including Strawberry Shortcake Oatmeal, Cowboy Chili, and 2-Minute Pork Chops.
