Fear of Flash (Location Lighting Workshop)

In 2 days you can go from ok flash on camera to amazing studio and location lighting set ups!

Day 1 Location (9-21-19): T&F Camera Studio (10am-5pm)
Day 2 Location (9-22-19): Union House MIllville NJ, Union Lake. Address to follow.

At the end of this workshop you will be able to create with multiple light set ups, mix strobe and available light, know how to control your light and how to add colors to your images. You will be working with speedlights, studio strobes, full spectrum LED lights, an assortment of softboxes, beauty dishes, grids, reflectors and know how to handle really harsh light! The use of a light meter and radios will become a simple thing. You will also learn posing, and the tricks that make a shoot a success!

If you don't have the lighting equipment, dont worry! Rick will bring lots of it from Boston for everyone to use. You do need to bring your own camera and lens.
There will be some Tamron lens for people to work with.
This Location Lighting Workshop will be 2 days of creativity, lighting and laughing!

The workshop is being led by magazine photographer Rick Friedman. Rick has taught his creative, practical style of lighting to thousands of photographers across the US, UK, Canada and UAE.

Rick has shot assignments around the world and his work has been published thousands of times in magazine, newspapers and books around the globe. His work has been feature in Time, National Geographic, Vanity Fair, The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Washington Post, Nature and a whole lot of other publications. He has covered every presidential candidate from Jimmy Carter to the current presidential campaign. Rick has worked on 20 movies and several TV productions. He has produced over 75 book and magazine covers and has work in the permanent collections of Harvard, Oxford, and the Newseum in Washington, DC.

Rick is a Tamron Ambassador, a Savage Ambassador,
a Dynalite VIP and a Nissin Flash Master. He is the creator of the Rocso Location Lighting Kit by Rick Friedman. These photographic companies support Rick because he a lighting master.
