"Multitudes"
Currently touring the country in honor of the bicentennial of Walt Whitman's birth, "Multitudes" is an original play developed by Kim and Valerie Nuzzo of Zephyr Stage: a one-man show featuring the life of Walt Whitman, the extraordinary visionary poet of 19th century America, who participated in the major events and upheavals of the time as a homosexual man with a clear and compelling voice for the spirit that unites us.
This play, which was written by Valerie and Kim Nuzzo, deserves to stand alongside the very best one-person shows of its kind, even including Luce's The Belle of Amherst.
