Music Meditation and Movement with Jennifer Berezan-Retreat
The retreat will be silent weaving chant, meditation, sound meditation, and wisdom teachings. Also experience the beauty of the Song For All Beings performance (a video showing). Jennifer Berezan is a unique blend of singer/songwriter, producer, and activist. Over the course of ten albums, she has developed and explored recurring themes with a rare wisdom. Her lifelong involvement in environmental, women's, and other justice movements as well as an interest in Buddhism and earth-based spirituality are at the heart of her writing.
The retreat fee includes pastries and fruit in the morning, soup and salad lunch, and afternoon snack; vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. Hot tea, water and lemonade will be served all day. No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the event and the retreat fee cannot be reduced if you choose to eat elsewhere on the zoo grounds or outside the zoo.
Jennifer will also be performing in concert on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the First Unitarian Church in St. Louis. You will be directed at check out if you would like to register for this event.
