Mead Making at Battenkill Kitchen
Mead is a wine made from fermented honey. It is an ancient beverage that was a mainstay for European cuisine for over a thousand years. It can be made sweet or with a dry finish. Each class is $35.00 a person or $65.00 for two. Message us on Facebook, call the Courthouse at 518-854-7053, or stop by Tuesday - Friday 9 AM to 3 PM to reserve tickets.
