We invite you to join us at The Tin Table for an indulgent, 8-course wine dinner featuring fresh Piedmont black truffles and Demarie wines. Paolo Demarie, the winemaker of the Demarie wine cellar, will be present to introduce his luscious wines and hand shave truffles tableside with the help of his beautiful Lagotto Ramagnolo truffle dogs.
This incredible dinner will showcase the delicious beauty of fresh, Italian truffles when frequently the truffles showcased in local cuisine are months, if not years, old. The truffles served will be harvested within days of this dinner.
Doors open at 6pm and guests will be welcomed with a glass of Italian bubbles. Seating is at 6:30. Come hungry!
